Yes. Every payment is held in escrow by NeedForDrop B.V. and released to the supplier only after you confirm delivery or after the 24-hour confirmation window closes without a dispute.

Can I cancel an order?

You have a 14-day right to cancel most contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content and services that start immediately you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery is complete. Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at the applicable rate where chargeable. Your VAT receipt is emailed with the order confirmation.

Will boosting get my account banned?

Accepted Answer

Account sharing may breach a publisher's terms of service. We reduce risk with VPN matching, offline mode and disabled chat, but we cannot guarantee a publisher's behaviour. We set this out clearly before you order.

Do you sell loot boxes or gambling products?

No. We do not operate any chance-based opening, wagering, crate-opening or skin-gambling mechanic. Every listing has a fixed, known outcome and a fixed price.

Do you sell to under-18s?

No. Our services are for adults aged 18 or over. We may carry out age verification and will cancel and refund orders where the age requirement is not met.

How do I make a complaint?

Email legal@needfordrop.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 8 weeks, after which you may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use to pay?

Approved members can pay with BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL or MATIC. USDC is the default because it is stable and avoids price swings between approval and payment.

ETH on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum; USDC on Base, Polygon and Solana; SOL on Solana; MATIC on Polygon PoS; BTC on Bitcoin and Lightning. Always send on the exact network shown in your invoice.

USDC and SOL usually settle in seconds, ETH and MATIC in under a minute, and BTC on-chain in roughly 10–60 minutes. Lightning payments are instant. Your seat is marked confirmed once the required confirmations are reached.

Are there fees on crypto payments?

NeedForDrop does not charge a processing fee. You only pay the network's gas or miner fee, which varies by coin and congestion. The invoice amount must be the exact amount that arrives in our wallet.

How is the exchange rate fixed?

Accepted Answer

Rates are locked for the 24-hour approval window using a rolling average from major market sources. If the window expires before payment, the rate may be refreshed and the difference added or subtracted from your next invoice.

Question 14

Can I get a refund if I pay by crypto?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only for seats cancelled before shipment. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, we refund the fiat-equivalent to your original wallet or a stablecoin address you provide. Refund timing depends on the network.
